This concert benefits Hands of Peace (www.handsofpeace.org) – an interfaith organization developing peacebuilding and leadership skills in Israeli, Palestinian and American teens through the power of dialogue and personal relationships. This Sunday I will be singing in this annual peace concert. I have the honor of singing 3 art songs written by the wonderful composer and spiritual leader Reverend Bobbie McKay. She wrote the songs in response to my memoir "Walk Until Sunrise." It is truly an honor to premiere these works!!!

A Mexican Christmas: Angels in the Convent, Dancing in the Streets

These musicians will create the rich, jubilant folk music that would have been heard in the plazas at Christmas.

The venue is a historic speakeasy space above a vintage microbiology lab. The walls hold shelves of science lab equipment from years past.

A night of music featuring myself, the Buddy Fambro Group, young musical artists Izaiah Montaque Harris and Toni Murray, as well as poets, authors, visual artists ( a real renaissance event).
